The ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2024 is scheduled to be held from June 01, 2024 to June 29, 2024 in United States and the West Indies.
This tournament will feature 20 teams who will compete each other. England are the defending champions who won the last tournament in Australia in year 2022.
This tournament will be played at 3 venues: Florida, Dallas and New York. The opening match will be played between India and Ireland on June 05, 2024 in Dallas.
The most anticipated match of the whole tournament i.e. India vs Pakistan is scheduled to be played on June 09, 2024 in New York.

Top two teams from each group will qualify for the next round of Super 8. The first semifinal match will be played between the winners of Group 1 and the runners-up of Group 2 on June 26, 2024, in Guyana. The second semifinal match will be played between the winners of Group 2 and the runners-up of Group 1 on June 27, 2024, in Trinidad.
The final match of the tournament will be played on June 29, 2024 in Barbados.
This will be the ninth edition of ICC men’s cricket t20 world cup, and we have seen six champions so far. England and West Indies have won the tournament twice. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Australia could become champion only once.
